Operating instructions for oil-free lubricated screw air compressor

1、 Operation preparation

1. Check if the power is connected.

2. Close the drain valve, open the manual water replenishment valve of the water vapor tank, add pure water that meets the water quality requirements or pure water for household use, so that the panel displays the water level as medium water level. Then close the manual water replenishment valve, open the intake pipe, open the valve plate, and add pure water from the inlet of the intake valve to reach the middle of the host.

2. Add pure water or household purified water that meets the water quality requirements to the water replenishment tank and open the valve of the water replenishment tank or the valve of the water replenishment pipe.

3. Open the valve connecting the air compressor and the air storage tank.

4. The ambient temperature for air-cooled models must be maintained between 2 ℃ and 40 ℃, while for water-cooled models it must be maintained between 2 ℃ and 48 ℃ to prevent lubricating water from freezing or exhaust temperatures from becoming too high due to high temperatures

2、 Start up and run

1. Press the start button to check if the direction of the compressor and fan is correct. The display screen shows that all parameters are normal and there are no alarms in the system. The unit has entered normal operation.

3、 Shutdown

1. When shutting down, the compressor will first unload and run for 15-35 seconds. When the pressure in the water vapor tank drops by 0.4 MPa, the main contactor will be powered off, the main motor will stop, and the water cut-off solenoid valve will be powered off and the water cut-off valve will close.

2. Before a prolonged shutdown, it is recommended to drain the lubricating water from the water vapor tank and the main engine, and clean the interior of the air compressor. The control panel and other electrical equipment should be wrapped in plastic or oil paper, and all openings of the air compressor should be sealed to prevent moisture, dust, and corrosion.

3. After a long period of shutdown before starting up, lubricating water should be manually added to the water vapor tank until the middle water level is reached, and 3-4 liters of lubricating water should be added from the intake valve. The air compressor should be manually rotated several times to prevent the main engine from burning out due to water shortage during startup; If the lubricating water in the water vapor tank remains stored until the machine is turned on after a long period of shutdown, the lubricating water should be replaced in a timely manner during the first startup; When restarting, it is important to measure the insulation resistance of the motor to be above 1M Ω, otherwise leakage may occur, leading to accidents such as motor burnout or electric shock.

4、 Antifreeze measures:

When the air compressor is placed in an area with a temperature below 2 ℃ and stopped, the water in the water vapor tank, filter, cooler, main engine, and pipelines must be completely drained. Freezing of water can cause damage to parts (not covered by the warranty). The next time you turn on the machine, you should follow the long shutdown process during the startup process.

Attention: Keep the compressor dry inside and press it to run. Due to the lack of water lubrication in the main engine, it will cause serious damage to the air compressor, which is not covered by the company's warranty.
